We are Buxley’s Battalion, a veteran founded 501c(3) organization. We work with veterans who want to find a new mission in life after serving our country. We offer physical fitness and healthy lifestyle training to rise above feelings of depression and difficulty adjusting to civilian life. The important thing is discovering a new focus – a healthy focus, and a new objective. Our training programs have been intentionally created to lay the foundation for their new missions. Our Re-Engagement Bootcamp (RE-Boot) is the foundation. RE-Boot is a 12 week physical fitness and wellness program focused on building and providing action steps and support to veterans dealing with depression, isolation, and adjustment disorder through physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and workforce preparedness initiatives. Our second initiative, Buxley’s Buddies, is working with local rescue organizations and shelters to identify and place rescued canines (emphasizing on pitbulls/bully breeds) with veterans. All canines must be spayed/neutered to qualify to be rescued for this initiative. For the veterans who qualify, that dog will be certified as an emotional support dog. We are building a Tribe! We are addressing veteran suicide and adjustment disorder! We will challenge the veterans’ bodies, minds, and spirits to become the best they can be. We will succeed in building our Tribe with the help of our community. Join the mission!  Donate now!
